辉达娱乐2021 年 3 月，维密母公司 L Brands 宣布將拆分為兩家獨立的上市公司，分別命名為 Victoria's Secret & Co.（維多利亞的秘密） 和 Bath & Body Works。分拆後，現L Brands CEO Andrew Meslow將領導Bath & Body Works，Martin Waters將領導Victoria's Secret & Co.。分拆於2021年8月3日完成。分拆出来的另一品牌为全美最大沐浴保养品牌：Bath & Body Works(BBWI)。
