沐鸣2娱乐美国作家菲茨-休-勒德洛（1836-1870 年）在其著作《The Hasheesh Eater》一书中，最早从药用角度阐述了这一观点：Drugs are able to bring humans into the neighborhood of divine experience and can thus carry us up from our personal fate and the everyday circumstances of our life into a higher form of reality. It is, however, necessary to understand precisely what is meant by the use of drugs. We do not mean the purely physical craving ... That of which we speak is something much higher, namely the knowledge of the possibility of the soul to enter into a lighter being, and to catch a glimpse of deeper insights and more magnificent visions of the beauty, truth, and the divine than we are normally able to spy through the cracks in our prison cell. But there are not many drugs which have the power of stilling such craving. The entire catalog, at least to the extent that research has thus far written it, may include only opium, hashish, and in rarer cases alcohol, which has enlightening effects only upon very particular characters.

尽管清朝在多尔衮的领导下成功将南明推到华南，但明朝遗民尚未死心。1652年8月初，正在保护朱由榔的张献忠前部下李定国，从清朝手中夺回桂林。一月之内，广西清将大多向南明投降。此后两年，尽管对湖广和广东的军事行动偶尔成功，但李定国未能夺取重要城市。1653年，清廷命洪承畴负责夺回西南地区。洪承畴驻扎长沙，耐心地建立起自己的军力；惟在1658年底，营养充足、物资供应良好的清军分多路向桂州和云南进军。1659年1月末，铎尼率清军攻陷云南府，朱由榔逃入邻近的缅甸，后者此时正由東吁王朝国王莽平德勒统治。此后南明末代皇帝一直留在缅甸，直到1662年被1644年4月降满的前明将领吴三桂俘获并处决。

在2016年以前，宜宾市内高等教育发展缓慢，当地只有2001年宜宾学院一所本科院校及宜賓職業技術學院一所专科学校；随着中共宜宾市委、宜宾市人民政府提出“科教兴市、人才强市”战略，宜宾市开始吸引各地高等院校前来合作，建设大学城，以引进高水平高等教育资源，培养高端专业人才，同时改善全市人口结构。在宜宾办学的高校也不断增加，四川轻化工大学、成都理工大学、西华大学等本科院校相继前来宜宾设立校区。
