万事娱乐By 1940, the average production cost of an American feature was $400,000, a negligible increase over ten years. A number of small Hollywood companies had folded around the turn of the decade, including the ambitious Grand National, but a new firm, Producers Releasing Corporation (PRC), emerged as third in the Poverty Row hierarchy behind Republic and Monogram. The double feature, never universal, was still the prevailing exhibition model: in 1941, fifty percent of theaters were double-billing exclusively, and others employed the policy part-time.

民国十一年（1921年）年8月3日，中国共产党第一次全国代表大会在嘉兴南湖的一艘游船完成了大会的议程。1993年11月，嘉兴城区更名为秀城区；1999年6月，郊区更名为秀洲区，2005年嘉兴秀城区更名为南湖区。
